what will you do

As a administrative assistant in our e-commerce warehouse, you’ll play a crucial role in handling returns that require special attention. These returns often involve items that differ from the garments originally ordered, requiring careful inspection and proper processing to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Receive and process returned garments that turn from the originally ordered garments;
  • Examine returned items to determine their condition and any discrepancies from the original order;
  • Categorize returned items based on specific criteria for proper handling and disposition;
  • Collaborate with the customer service department to address customer inquiries and resolve issues related to returned items;
  • Work with various departments to ensure effective communication and resolution of return-related issues;
  • Maintain accurate documentation and recording of all returned merchandise for inventory control purposes.
