Your role:

We are in business to save our home planet. You’ll be helping us achieve this by providing important insights into the business to help guide the all teams and support different stakeholders with data points relevant for their decision making.

Main tasks:

• Analyze and interpret data to provide insights for business users across the organization

• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports in order to provide visibility into current performance and trends to the organization

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting needs and how to translate those into data modeling requirements

• Utilize data visualization tools (PowerBI, Tableau) to create high quality reports to effectively communicate complex datasets to key stakeholders

• Proactively identify outliers and opportunities for improvement and communicate effectively back to the organization

• Communicate trends, highlights and shortcomings based on data retrieved from various sources

• Work collaboratively with IT team to develop data models in dbt and Snowflake

• Ensure highest levels of data accuracy, data integrity and data governance

• Ensure data is exported in a digestible format and timely manner to allow users to make data-driven decisions

• Educate and support the wider organization with data and reporting needs as well as provide training for PowerBI and other data and reporting tools

• Support any ad-hoc data analysis needs

• Supporting all sales channels with fiscal year budgeting & forecasting as well as building up the seasonal buy budgets

• Implement automation for ETL processes where possible

• Provide market insights to the wider organization related to key areas of focus

What we’re looking for:

• A love of the outdoors

• A passion for saving our home planet and making a positive impact through your work

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in a related discipline (Business, Economics, Statistics,…)

• 3-4 years of experience in a data-related role

• Fluency in English. Other languages are a plus

• Advanced skills in Excel, PowerBI, Tableau

• Experience with the following systems: D365, Snowflake, SQL

• Experience with any of the following is a plus: AX, LVD, RetailPro, Shoppertrak, Google Analytics, CommerceCloud, Service Cloud

• Keen attention to details, analytical and technical mindset

• Good communication skills and ability to work with a diverse group of stakeholders

• Good understanding of data relationships

• Ability to deal with cross-cultural nuances and ambiguity

It’s a plus if you also have the following:

• Retail experience is a plus

Other important details:

• This is a full time position, based in Amsterdam

• We have a hybrid work model, working from home for maximum 3 days per week
