As a Sales Manager you are responsible for importers/dealers acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping the company competitive and innovative. The Sales Manager is also responsible for maximizing sales potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those plans to the executive management.


  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing assigned regions(countries)
  • Designi and implement a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer/dealer base and ensure its strong presence
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer/dealer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
  • Plann short/mid/long-term business and analyzing sales performance
  • Sales management for assigned regions(countries)
  • Management of: sales distributorship agreement, orders, production and shipments, wholesale and retail sales performance, pricing strategy establishment, and of target operation profit, aging stocks, customer credit and collection
  • Organize and support for the regional events (exhibitions, trainings, etc.)
  • Monitor and support the Importers’ dealer management and new dealer recruiting
  • Organize and support for the marketing and promotional items
  • Development of new markets and importers/dealers
  • Manage existing product improvement and future products development
  • Market and competitors research
  • Market trend and competition status
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
