We have a temporary position as secretary available at Sabic. The position is until the end of December 2023 with a possibility of extension, your work location will be the office in Geleen. It’s a role that also includes project management support taks, and falls within the Engineering&Project Management department.

who are you
You are experienced in administrative support and have worked in organizational roles. You understand the complexity of investment projects and relationships. You are pro-active, flexible and value integrity.
- Experience in the field of project management is a plus;
- Bachelor’s work and thinking level;
- High level of knowledge of the English language;
- Basic Dutch is preferable.
what will you do
You will be reporting directly to the program manager and will be working with other colleagues of the Engineering&Project Management department. Some of your tasks include:
- Organizational and administrative support (e.g. assessing emails on level of priority);
- File keeping and arranging the team to be able to work efficiently;
- Follow up on actions and correspondence;
- Organize internal events and meetings;
- Create agendas for team meetings, follow up on its actions and creating notes.
